with 7,000+ members; and an amazing team of nearly 70 work.lifers who share our ambition to redefine the workspace experience for the better.Your Role We are looking for a data-driven & creative person who is eager to take responsibility for elevating our social media & content creation to new heights.You'll be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content that our audience will love and helping us rank in search engines, and also playing a key part in leading and implementing our content strategy. Your day to day responsibilities - Own and develop our content calendar and use this to write, create, plan, schedule and monitor all content across our social channels, blog (posting 2-3 blogs per month), and internally for our members.- Creating original photo and video content with a focus on our spaces, team and members, and briefing out to a videographer/photographer when needed. - Manage all of our organic social media channels and engage with our followers, and there will also be scope to support the Demand Generation Marketing Manager with executing our paid social strategy.- Support the marketing managers and other teams with content and copywriting needs such as newsletters, brochures, case studies, our Impact Report and member spotlights.- Support the brand marketing manager with our events calendar, contributing to ideation and supporting with execution and delivery.- Report on social media and content performance through our digital platforms.- You'll enable our team, in particular our SLT, with making sure they're acting as brand ambassadors on LinkedIn, helping them write content based off our content calendar.- You'll own our in-space member-facing content such as our TV Screens, making sure content is on-brand and engaging.- You'll embrace a test and learn approach, and will test new platforms to us (such as TikTok) and always be on the look out for new cost-effective ways to reach our audience.SustainabilityWe're a proud BCorp! Success is measured across the following KPIs, which contribute directly to your team achieving our overall social media goals: Role KPIs:- Grow web sessions from organic social - Increase the amount of leads that reach us through social media
- Increase our social media content impressions
- Grow our social followers In your first 6 months of role- You will have taken ownership of our content calendar and be confidently communicating this to the business, be writing and publishing 2-3 blogs per month and briefing our copywriter on more complex pieces, and coming up with original and engaging social media content.- You will have taken a test and learn approach to social media, trialing types of content, time of posting, frequency and any other approaches to help you work towards your KPI's.- You'll have established yourself within our team as our go-to social expertand be working directly with members on showcasing them on our social media and internally.- You'll have been a key part of the team ideating and executing on our Pride campaign.Role competencies:- Social media whizz- experience with and in-depth knowledge of social media platforms (with a focus on LinkedIn & Instagram), able to report confidently on success.- Storyteller and copywriting extraordinare, with the abilty to think like our customers and create well-written content they will engage with. Be able to apply humour to your content, when needed!- Creative - eye on the pulse of social trends, and able to create original, engaging content.- Project management - manage our content calendar and coordinate, create, schedule, post, monitor and track content across our blog and social channels. - An eye for detail - you should be setting the example for the business for quality and accuracy in your delivery, with a keen eye for detail.
