And if you'd like to work at one of the UK's most iconic sports and music venues, then this job could be just for you!We are looking for a Project Manager to join my client's fast paced Facilities Department to take on responsibility for the operational management of projects delivery.This project management role will be responsible for ensuring all Facilities related projects are delivered on time, on budget, and ensure the right stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.Projects will be delivered within our client's modern stadium and may include new building fabrics renovation, space/moves management, mechanical or electrical systems installation, replacement or remedial repairs.As a key member of the team you will:
* Determine and define project scope and objectives
* Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
* Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
* Track project costs in order to meet budget
* Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
* Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress
* Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverablesAlongside this we are looking for someone who has who have the following:
* Project Management qualification/certification (desirable)
* Mechanical & Electrical experience and understanding of all statutory rules and regulations
* Ability to read and understand CAD / electrical drawings
* Proven ability to solve problems
* Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
