Skilled Groundworker/Builder

Our client is looking for a Skilled Groundworker to carry out work in a hotel in Bex Hill On Sea.  Own tools and transport are essential, Duties can include: levelling out grounds, general tidying up, pathways, top soiling, general groundworks and maintenance. CSCS preferred but not essential, have a good attitude and be reliable. 1 weeks work, Hotel is next to the train station, driving preferred, but must live local to Bex Hill On Sea.

• Good experience with use of different tools
• 5+ years’ experience as a groundworker and builder
