Job role: Site Surveyor - Car Park Management Systems

Location: Hampstead, North London plus remote working and site visits

Salary: Up to £45k + £6k car allowance/ company car

About the role:

The key purpose of the role is to work with the Implementation Team in delivering customer focused results in terms of surveying potential new sites and delivering customer requirements.  Working closely with all departments to ensure surveys are visited and completed within KPIs.  The role will include planning and surveying of sites both off-plan and in person day to day, cost/quote creation, project support, hazard / risk identification and client/stakeholder management. This is a fantastic role with a high-degree of autonomy, involving delivering large scale, customer-focussed technology products in a dynamic and fast paced environment.





Key Responsibilities:




  • Ensure that all surveys are completed accurately for the best solution meeting the client’s needs.

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, following technical feasibility at survey stage and agreement of deliverables with the client and/or sales team.

  • Manage changes to the cost model using appropriate verification processes.

  • Consider Health and Safety risks when completing surveys, with a view to reviewing RAMS documents from contractors when it moves to installation.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive survey documentation.

  • Project support of clients during contract implementation.

  • Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to assist new clients, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with clients about concerns.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are identified and follow-up activities are completed.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors as required at the survey stage.

  • Input on improvement within the team and assist other departments in identifying potential improvements.



Skills Required: 




  • Must have – Full Driver’s License

  • Good organisational skills. 

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle several tasks at once.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft and/ or G Suite i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Ability to learn new IT systems and packages quickly.

  • Excellent client-facing/internal communication skills.

  • Good at building relationships.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good technical understanding of ANPR equipment.

  • Good understanding of minor ground works.
