Site Surveyor

I am delighted to be working with a global manufacturer of passive fire protection systems and insulation products on their search for a Site Surveyor.
Based out of Hucknall, my client are leaders in their field. They've grown the business from a handful of employees into a 600 strong organisation with sites across the globe.
Their Hucknall facility manages the production of heat insulated jackets. These are most commonly used around industrial pipework/valves and are used across a range of industries. There are around 30 people working in the Hucknall facility, across Engineering, Production & Projects - so everyone knows eachother and you won't be just another face on the shop floor.
As a Site Surveyor, you'll be travelling across the UK performing surveys and then returning to sites once the client orders are complete to fit the jackets (or oversee installation on any large scale projects). This is a client facing role, so good communication skills are key. It'll suit you if you're an early bird, as there will be a few 5AM starts to get to site (2/3 times a week) but you'll be paid overtime for this.
On your downtime, you'll either help out in Production or in the Engineering office - they'll train you on how to produce/read engineering drawings and advise on a more technical capacity.
Experience isn't required, however, you do need to have worked on construction sites before, hold a CSCS card and a driving license.
Standard salary is �27,000, with overtime you're expected to earn around 37k per year. Also on offer is a fantastic range of benefits, and multiple progression routes if you're ambitious.
