Site Support Technician (Test Laboratory) - Watford, Herts(CANDIDATES FOR THIS ROLE MUST BE EITHER BASED WITHIN REASONABLE COMMUTING DISTANCE OF NORTH WEST LONDON / HERTS / BUCKS, OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE AT SHORT NOTICE.)Based at the company's test facility in the Watford area, the Site Support Technician (Test Laboratory) will be responsible for supporting the company's team of Test Technicians in areas such as the setting up/dismantling tests, handling samples, forklift operation and general site maintenance. Key responsibilities:The main purpose of the Site Support Technician role is to assist Test Technicians to ensure the smooth running of their Tests.Assisting in setting up, installation and dismantling of test equipment and facilities.Maintaining the upkeep of the site and assist with site services as appropriate.Candidate profile:Professionalism, honesty and integrityImpartiality, calm under pressureGood communicatorAble to follow instructions when given, can readily work unsupervised, used to Handbook workRegular contact, liaison with the Test Support SupervisorCollaborate with other company personnel as requiredLiaise with on and offsite personnel as requiredExperience operating FORKLIFT.
