Position: Site Support Manager - Maintenance, Repair, and Operations

Location: Scottish Borders - Near Berwick-upon-Tweed

Salary: �32,000 to �37,000 per annum

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (Early Friday Finish)

Connect Appointments is on the lookout for a proactive and motivated individual to join our client's team as an MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) Site Support Manager. If you're near the Scottish Borders and have experience in an MRO role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Offer comprehensive support to the site's Maintenance and Engineering team
• Manage customer enquiries via face-to-face interactions, email, and phone
• Oversee stores stock and inventory systems
• Provide technical support on MRO products
• Process customer orders and follow up on outstanding quotations
• Complete all relevant reports and documentation

What You Need:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Previous MRO industry experience with technical knowledge of product sectors
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
• Strong IT and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid UK driving licence
