My client is looking for a skilled and committed Site Supervisor to join their company and play a vital role in their fast-paced projects in Nottingham, as a Site Supervisor you will be ensuring that the projects are executed smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Your role as a Site Supervisor will be overseeing the on-going work on site and involves significant leadership and excellent problem-solving skills, with a strict adherence to safety protocols.

Roles and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervision to onsite operations, co-ordinating resources
• Ensuring that all works are carried out safely
• Assist effective communication between subcontractors and clients
• Retaining high quality standards by completing weekly site inspections, ensuring sites are left clean and tidy
• Identifying and Problem Solving any challenges that may arise

The Person

The qualities we are looking for in a Site Supervisor:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor and demonstrating successful project delivery.
• CSCS Supervisor card, SSSTS/SMSTS
• Solid understanding of Civil Engineering principles, Drainage, Earthworks and Road constructions. Conversant with principal contractor duties and ITP Quality checks
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and promoting a safe work environment.
• Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Full clean UK driving license
