MC Technical Recruitment are currently recruiting a Site Supervisor to join a client who are a leader in renewable energy, focusing on Biomethane and Biogas Plants across Europe.

The site supervisor position will be pivotal in managing operations, site compliance and continuous improvement on their flagship UK biogas and water treatment facility in Aspatria, Cumbria.

As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising maintenance and operations teams to ensure best practice at all times
• Overseeing the sites compliance responsibilities in regards to health and safety and environmental permits and licences
• Work closely with the Plant Manager in relation to site optimisation, new projects and continuous improvement
• Help plan and implement working rota’s and Planned Preventive Maintenance schedules
• Lead staff development and training programs

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Leadership experience in biogas, gas to gird, water treatment or similar process environment
• An engineering qualification is beneficial but not essential
• UK driving licence
