Site Supervisor

Options Resourcing have teamed up with an esteemed Principle Facades Contractor based in West Yorkshire, we are looking for a Site supervisor to oversee projects throughout the entire construction phase by managing from the site office. The Site supervisor is a front-line representative of a highly reputable contractor and as such needs to hold a professional manner at all times.

We provide client-focused solutions for total facade solutions, spanning various sectors and projects, including new build and refurbishment integrated facades. Operating nationally from our Head Office in Knottingley, West Yorkshire, we prioritize quality, health, safety, and sustainability in all our endeavors.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and control the Health and Safety Management System on site
- Compile and implement quality plans for projects
- Ensure daily checks and handover sheets are in place
- Plan and resource projects within tender allowance
- Control project progress using 4 weekly updates, maintaining required resources
- Produce weekly progress reports for management
- Ensure commercial success of projects
- Monitor subcontract workers and subcontractors
- Set clear targets and goals for team members
- Motivate and support Site Supervisors in target setting
- Contribute to the implementation of the Business Management System
- Carry out roles safely, accurately, and efficiently
Requirements:
- Curtain walling or Rainscreen facade supervision experience
- Experience managing subcontract facade packages up to �5M
- Competent management of subcontract labor
- Proficient in Field View system or similar
- Hold SMSTS or SSSTS trained
- First aid trained (preferred)
