Site Supervisor

Role: Site Supervisor

Hours of work: 10 hour per week (Monday to Friday)

Rate of pay: �11.44 per hour

Belmont Recruitment are looking for a Site Supervisor to take up an initial temporary contract with a primary school based within the Leyland area. This position will ideally be to start as soon as possible although notice periods of up to 1 month can be considered.

Your duties will include:

• Act as the key holder carrying out security procedures for the school buildings and grounds


• Basic plumbing work such as repairing a leaking pipe, unblocking sinks, simple installation work, such as plumbing in a new tap, or replacing washer


• Minor maintenance of the heating system e.g. bleeding radiators


• Minor repairs to school furniture, sports and classroom equipment;


• Painting and decorating


• Plastering work such as repairing cracked/broken plaster


• Boundary repairs such as mending broken fencing panels
