Job Description

• Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget (either under a Project Manager, or as a number 1)


• Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders


• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations


• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to specifications


• Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, including training and development opportunities


• Trade background would be advantageous (Carpentry etc)
