The responsibilitieswill include developing and implementing comprehensive qualityassurance and quality control programs, policies, and proceduresaccording to the Mytilineos Quality management system and the contractrequirements.Your role will encompass: Reports to the Head of QA/QC and the Project QualityManager, ensuring compliance with Mytilineos and Project QualityStandardsMonitors and supports Quality Control activitiesfor Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical worksImplements theProject Quality Plan at the site, utilizing project specifications,erection procedures, and inspection and test plans (ITPs)Manages and reviews test reports and documentation fromsubcontractors, ensuring compliance with ITPs and Project Quality PlanPerforms inspections as required by ITPs and clientspecifications, verifying qualifications, calibrated equipment usage,and adherence to standardsCoordinates statutory inspectionsby 3rd party agencies, informing the Site Manager and ConstructionSupervisor of any non-conformities observedSupports theSite QA/QC team in preparing Erection ITPs, QA/QC documentation, andissuing final project documentationWhat youbring to the role: A bachelor's degree in arelevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a relateddiscipline7+ years of experience in the field of Civil,Mechanical and Electrical QA/QC of Major Industrial Projects i.e.Power Plants and Oil & GasStrong leadership andteam management abilitiesProactive and detail-orientedapproach, ensuring thoroughness in quality inspections and processevaluationsExperience in developing and implementingquality control procedures, work instructions, and documentationIn-depth knowledge of quality assurance and quality controlprinciples, practices, and methodologies.
