Site Project Manager

Site Project Manager required to work on Fit-Out Project in Manchester City Centre. Must be an experienced manager with SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Black or Gold, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshall. You will be the sole manager on site with full responsibility for all site works, contractors and reporting. You will report to the Project Manager who will be on site 1 day a week so somebody with experience managing a £1m office fit-out consisting of ceilings, partitions, kitchens, furniture. Must have a strong eye for detail and ideally come from a joinery background but not essential. Project runs till late June with the opportunity to go on to future works should you do a good job. Must be able to provide references as well as hold all the relevant certifications and qualifications required. This is a Design and Build office fit-out project and experience working on similar projects is essential.
