We are looking for a Site Operative to join the Frontier team, based at Cranswick on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will support the seed production team with all aspects of seed production from start to finish.

About You
Able to deliver accurate work with a keen eye for detail
Able to work on own initiatives and make decisions
Enjoy multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines
Confident and demonstrate a professional manner
Able to develop effective working relationships
A flexible approach to working hours specifically in peak periods
Full driving licence
Counterbalance FLT licence (full training can be given to right candidate)
PA1 / PA11 (full training can be given to right candidate)
Your Role
As a Site Operative your role will involve:
The intake of cereals (Wheat / Barley / Rye / Oats) in bulk
Operating seed cleaning machinery to clean seed to Frontier Standards
Application of seed treatments to grain through metered application technology
Bagging treated seed into 500kg & 1000kg FIBCs
Cleaning down of all machinery in between varieties and species as required
Assisting with plant maintenance as required
Cleaning of commercial cereals through our colour sorter
Assisting on site with other departments as and when required
Ensuring compliance with our Health, Safety and Environment policies
