Operational site leadership role
Service management delivering a great customer experience
Permanent role based in Christchurch CBDMō tenei tūrana mahi About this role : This busy role will require you to have great resource planning skills, as you lead hub and site administration services, oversee a team of customer hosts, and ensure that all operational requirements across the Service Delivery network are managed proactively, consistently, and in accordance with national standards.
A leader by example, you will love to grow and develop people through sharing knowledge and information. In this role, you will need to build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with internal and external stakeholders sharing the right information at the right time to enable informed decision making.
Being passionate about operational effectiveness and service delivery is key and you'll set the bar high with maintaining the smooth running of ACC hubs and sites.
You will ensure that all aspects of the onsite work environments are safe, making sure that all risks and issues are managed appropriately while role modelling best practice health and safety.

A passionate and customer centric leader who brings at least 2-5 years of leadership experience, experience in operational management will be well regarded
Comfortable and confident to share strategic and innovative ideas to improve operational performance
Experience with incident and / or emergency management
Experience with health and safety systems and processes to ensure a safe work environment for our ACC team
