Deliveroo Editions operates these bespoke, delivery only, kitchens designed to host a locally curated selection of restaurants across the globe, and have big plans for more of the same.You will be working alongside the Site Manager & Assistant Manager, whilst working closely with up to 10 Head Chefs and their kitchen staff.透過創立全港8間「戶戶小廚」，進一步連結全城美食，服務範圍遍佈香港島、九龍及新界地區，提供多元化嘅食物選擇畀更多地區嘅顧客。戶戶送自設共享廚房，為多區客人帶來更優質，更快速的美食體驗。Working Locations 工作地點:Aberdeen, Sai Ying Pun, Kowloon Bay, Kwai Shing, Sham Shui Po, Tseung Kwan O, Tuen Mun, Quarry Bay屯門 鰂魚涌 美孚葵盛 西營盤 九龍灣香港仔 將軍澳Working hours 工作時間:Five days per week (work on shift), 9 hours per shift五天工作 (需輪班)，九小時一更What you’ll be doing…工作職責Managing the day-to-day running of a Deliveroo Editions site; meeting health & safety standards, managing stock deliveries, site cleanliness etcImproving our restaurant partners kitchen operational efficiencyImproving site efficiency and reducing site operational costsLiaising with our restaurant account management and rider operations teams to improve our overall site performance協助餐廳伙伴於中央廚房的日常運作監督餐廳伙伴在生產食物的環節， 包括貯存、烹煮，包裝以及運送懂得食物安全衛生知識，亦要具備認真的工作態度、高度的危機意識和責任感 良好的溝通及協調技巧，同事間共同嚴格遵守有關食物安全衛生標準保持服務標準及其個人和食品衛生與外觀標準Skills you’ll need & Eligibility:Deliveroo is a weekend and late night company in the hospitality industry, it is essential for you to work shift work, including week nights and weekends.
