Site Operations Accountant - Malton

The RoleThe holder of this role will deliver comprehensive support to the Site Financial Controller (and Cluster Finance Director) assisting them to further grow and develop the Malton site through design and maintenance of a robust financial control environment and timely reporting and analysis of operational reporting including departmental yield and labour reporting.Key to the success of this role will be the provision of accurate and timely management information upon which the site management team and key business partners can act to maximise the growth and efficiency opportunities that exist within the site. Involvement in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of all related reporting cycles will be a key priority to deliver the objectives. This role will function as key business partner to the site director and departmental managers on a daily basis.Key AccountabilitiesSupport site finance controller and cluster finance director in weekly and monthly group reporting requirements, incl. preparation of and providing insight into monthly site Continuous Improvement (CI) packSupport operations accountant with production and interrogation of departmental management information (daily/weekly reporting of site financial and operational KPIs, departmental yield and labour reports) in support of weekly site management and Sofina Group management reviewsFurther development of the management reporting process to align departmental targets with site financial targets/objectives through all tiers of operations.
