Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? Future Build Recruitment is offering an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable medium-sized London-centric restoration and external refurbishment contractor.
The company is seeking a Site Manager for the second phase of an external refurbishment and roofing project of a high-end mansion block in Knightsbridge. With the scaffold already up, the scope of works will include a new flat roof, concrete and brick repairs, stone cleaning, and some internal decorations to communal areas. As the lead Site Manager, you will oversee a site team comprising a tenant liaison officer and an assistant site manager. The value of this project is currently £2 million and it is due to run for 10 months, with future projects available with the company thereafter.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the second phase of an external refurbishment and roofing project
Managing the installation of a new flat roof and overseeing concrete and brick repairs
Supervising stone cleaning and internal decoration of communal areas
Leading and managing the site team, including a tenant liaison officer and an assistant site manager
Ensuring the project meets deadlines and quality standards
Maintaining safety standards and compliance on site
Coordinating with stakeholders and reporting on project progress
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds an SMSTS qualification
Certified in First Aid
Possesses a Black CSCS card (desirable)
Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills
Has experience in external refurbishment and roofing projects
