Site Manager

Site manager, �300 pd, start 03/06/#####, ongoing, SMSTS, First Aid
A leading main construction contractor specialising within the healthcare sector specialising within full design and build within traditional construction and modular build. The project is due to finish Feb#####5 and they are looking for an experienced site manager as the liaison between the construction director and the site management team. Bristol location, parking on site.
The right candidate will be good at manging a small team, well organised and able to multi-task.
As the successful Construction site-manager you will be:

• Construction site manager will be managing a team of 4 site managers / supervisors
• Construction site manager will be overseeing site access
• Construction site manager will be responsible for site H&S
• Construction site manager will be making sure the project runs according to programme and will be able to resolve delays quickly and effectively by taking control and leading

To be successful as the Construction site manager:

• Construction site manager will be experienced in managing a large site
• Construction site manager will be experienced in working for a main or principal contractor
• Construction site manager will have SMSTS and First Aid

Construction site manager will be a team player, leader, organiser, excellent communication skills.
Circa �300 per day plus overtime, parking on site, CIS payment.
