They deliver projects in the Housing, leisure, education, retail, healthcare, leisure, education sectors and have built a strong reputation for completing projects on time with maximum client satisfaction.

Project Sizes they typically deal with range between £250,000 & £10 million.

The work with both private and public sector clients and deliver a range of refurbishment projects, new build, fit out, and maintenance.

Site Manager – Cambridgeshire

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to lead one of their projects in Cambridgeshire:

* New build residential flats with some commercial units.

We are ideally seeking a manager with previous Main Contracting experience but this isn’t vital.

The successful candidate will Lead the progress on site, reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager.

Accountabilities and duties:

* Serve as the primary representative for daily site operations.

* Oversee progress and manage all daily activities, including supervising operatives and sub-contractors.

* Coordinate and allocate site resources efficiently.

* Act as the main point of contact with the Client.

* Conduct reviews of ongoing work to identify potential defects.

* Assist in the preparation of Operation and Maintenance manuals.

* Lead daily start-up meetings.

* Conduct toolbox talks.

* Manage the snagging and defects resolution process
