Site Manager

We have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a market leading interior fit out and refurbishment contractor based in Essex.

This contractor is actively seeking a Site Manager to be number one on site, reporting into a Senior Project Manager for a commercial new build, fit out projects circa �5million.

The ideal Site Manager should have:

• Experience working on commercial new build projects valued from �3m - �5m
• Refurbishment, Externals, Fit out, Steel Frame and Groundworks experience
• Managing sub-contractors on site and ensuring they meet deadlines
• Ideally 3 - 5 years experience working as a Site Manager
