Site Manager

We have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager at a rapidly growing interiors and refurbishment specialist based in Essex.

You will be managing commercial new build fit out projects within the value of �3m - �5m, this opportunity is a permanent role and you will be reporting into the Senior Project Manager.

The ideal Site Manager should have:

• Experience working on commercial new build projects valued from �3m - �5m
• Refurbishment, Externals, Fit out, Steel Frame and Groundworks experience
• Experience working as a No.2 on site
• Managing sub-contractors on site and ensuring they meet deadlines
• Ideally 3 - 5 years experience working as a Site Manager
