Location: London (Nationwide travel required)
Our client, a major contractor in the construction industry, is seeking two dynamic and experienced Structural Steelwork Site Managers to join their team. This is your chance to be part of prestigious projects.
Key Requirements:
Hold a valid CSCS Card (Gold or Black)
Possess an AP Ticket
Hold SMSTS or IBOESH certification
Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel nationwide as required
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage structural steelwork projects on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and deadlines are met
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
Implement and enforce health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Monitor progress, resolve any issues, and report updates to senior management
Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work culture
