Experienced Site Manager Needed for Educational Project in Kendal, Cumbria
Are you a highly organized and personable Site Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading construction firm, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 12-month project at an educational facility in Kendal, Cumbria (LA9 4LR) starting mid-June 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Daily Reporting: Utilize Site Audit Pro to provide accurate and timely progress reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of skilled tradespeople to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of safety and ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations.Qualifications & Experience:
SMSTS
IOSH
CSCS Gold Card
PASMA
First Aid
UKATA Asbestos Awareness
Manual Handling
COSHH
Working at Height
Time served City & Guilds Level 1, 2, 3 Joiner
Experience working in educational environments
