TS Recruitment are working with a leading Housing Maintenance / Property Services Contractor in Newcastle who are seeking a permanent Site Manager for kitchen and bathroom installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:


  • This client-facing role involves delivering internal refurbishment programs to tenanted properties by managing Assistant Site Managers, Resident Liaison and Customer Service Officers.
  • Directing the overall course of action while maintaining financial oversight of the contract.
  • Collaborating with the client and client representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in site management (number 1), preferably within residential refurbishment projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
