Site Manager

Approach Personnel are working with a nationwide social housing contractor, who are require a permanent Site Manager to work on a large EWI / decarbonisation project in Stoke-on-Trent.As a site manager, you will be responsible for:Planning, organising and supervising the EWI work on siteEnsuring the quality, safety and environmental standards of the workLiaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliersManaging the budget, programme and resources of the projectSolving any problems or issues that may arise on siteReporting on the progress and performance of the projectTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:Experience in managing EWI projects, preferably in the social housing sectorKnowledge of PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards, or willingness to learnExcellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesA valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificateApplicationsThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
