Site Manager

Our client is a Merseyside-based residential developer who predominately deliver new build and refurbishment residential schemes (houses and apartments ranging from 10-20 units).

They have an immediate requirement for a Site Manager to take responsibility for the conversion of an existing building into circa 40 apartments built for the private rental sector.

Reporting to a Contracts Manager, your duties will include:

• Managing sub-contractors
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Ensuring the project runs on schedule and to budget
• Ensure works carried out are to the required standards
