Site Manager

Approach Personnel are working with a nationwide social housing contractor, who are require a permanent Site Manager to work on a large EWI / decarbonisation project in Stoke-on-Trent.

As a site manager, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, organising and supervising the EWI work on site
• Ensuring the quality, safety and environmental standards of the work
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing the budget, programme and resources of the project
• Solving any problems or issues that may arise on site
• Reporting on the progress and performance of the project

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Experience in managing EWI projects, preferably in the social housing sector
• Knowledge of PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards, or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate
