Site Manager / Project Manager-Dry Lining ContractorManchester£45,000 - £55,000 plus packageAre you a Dry Lining Manager looking for a fresh challenge?Are you looking for permanent work in the Northwest?TS Recruitment are actively working with a Dry Lining Contractor based in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Site Manager.Benefits-Basic salary circa £45,000 - £55,000 per annum-Permanent Northwest work-25 days holiday plus bank holidays-3% employer and 5% employee pension contributionsJob Role & Responsibilities:-Oversee drywall and ceiling packages on commercial and high-rise residential schemes.-Manage direct labour and sub-contractors offering technical advice when needed.-Oversee quality control and upload all relevant information.-Reporting into a Contracts Manager regularly update on site progress.-Ensure projects are complete within timescales and budget.-Attend Site Management meetings and update main contractors.-Order materials for site and be commercially aware.-Carry out toolbox talks and ensure health and safety processes are followedCompany Details-Project values from £1 million to £10 million-Specialist drywall and ceilings contractor-Work for Tier 1 main contractors-Work on commercial and residential projects.Knowledge/Experience:-A strong technical knowledge on drywall and ceilings.-SMSTS, CSCS and First aid qualifications-Preferably a fixer by trade-Good IT skills and able to complete technical reports-Full UK driving licenseApplicationsIf you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please apply online today attaching a copy of your current CV.Due to the vast number of applications that we receive, it is not possible for us to contact all applicants; therefore, only suitable candidates will be contacted.
