The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 14 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.
Site Manager
We are looking to recruit 2 x Site Managers,to start as soon as possible to be based at those schools detailed below. Reporting to the Regional Site Manager, you will manage and undertake planned and reactive site duties to support all school maintenance needs and health and safety requirements.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the line management of Site Assistants and use the electronic estates management system, Every, to manage jobs.
Dunstall Park Primary School, Austen Drive, Tamworth, B78 3BQ
Hour: 30 hours per week, all year round, 6.00am – 12.30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary:
£25,119 - £31,364 pa FTE(actual salary£20,366 - £25,430 pa)
Anna Seward Primary School, Bridgeman Way, Lichfield, WS14 0AL

What you will need to succeed
The ability and experience to ensure Trust policies, processes and procedures are followed at all times and that school sites are fully compliant with health and safety requirements. Ensure high quality service delivery is maintained at all times, using Every system for logging, and managing of jobs and for statutory recording. Work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders. The ability to work in a fast paced, challenging yet always rewarding role
