This team is driven by a passion for construction excellence and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.The ProjectAs an experienced Site Manager, you will be overseeing the crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of the Demolition Project, located in Lancaster, North West, while also maintaining compliance with regulations, meeting client expectations, and delivering high-quality results.Requirements For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;SSSTSCSCSFirst AidPASMAIt is also essential that you hold the experience below;Broad and diverse history of successfully operating on various demolition projectsExtensive background within the industry withholding up to at least 3 years' experience of successfully operating as a Site Supervisor or similar roleAdditional skills; Impressive leadership and mentoring abilitiesCapacity to prioritize health and safety effectivelyStrong knowledge of construction laws and regulationsA solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and techniquesKnowledge of safety protocols and regulations pertaining to finishing tasksStrong written and verbal communication skills with a thorough meticulous eye for detailThe RoleJob Title: Site ManagerJob Type: FreelanceProject: Demolition ProjectLocation: Lancaster, North WestDuration: 12 WeeksReporting to: Site ManagerDutiesLiaise effectively with project team, reporting to Site ManagerConduct regular routine safety assessments, and promptly rectifying any hazards or infractionsRegularly provide progress updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any arising issues promptlyExecute and uphold safety protocols and procedures, sustaining a secure and safe working environmentOversee and manage daily construction operations on-site, ensuring alignment with project specificationsGuide and direct teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize resource usage and maintain project timelines effectivelySupervise quality of work, ensuring adherence with project specifications and regulatory standards through thorough inspectionsEstablish and maintain positive client relationships, by addressing their needs, offering project updates, and oversee their satisfaction with the project's executionUphold precise records and documentation of on-site activities, such as daily reports, work orders, changes, and incidents, to monitor progress and support project managementImplement adherence to all pertinent building codes, permits, regulations, and contractual commitments for the entirety of the project duration The pay will be around £240+ a day, the project will be for a mimimmum of 3 months.This is a freelance position with a competitive rate on offer for the successful candidate.
