Site Manager

We have a unique opportunity for a Site Manager working with a fit out contractor in Central London.The Project is valued circa £3M and is a CAT A and CAT B traditional office Fit Out project. You will be responsible for managing the site alongside other site managers and will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.The ideal Site Manager must have:Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experienceLongevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industryProcore ExperienceHave experience in delivering commercial fit outsExperience in M+EExperience and understanding of the floor plate of the buildingUnderstanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficientlyExperience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projectsInterpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the teamSMSTS, First Aid, PASMA, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certsWhat's in it for you as the Site Manager on this project?Opportunity to work with a highly respected contractorCompetitive day rateAn opportunity for on-going freelance work with an established Fit out contractorApply today or for more information email your CV to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) Job Info
