Site Manager – Newton AbbotAn opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and reputable contractor as a Site Manager on a permanent basis. This contractor’s type of works includes commercial new build, extensions, refurbishments and maintenance with projects valuing up to £4m!
Responsibilities:Liaising with clients and reporting progressSupervising contracted construction workersMeeting and managing subcontractorsMaking safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safetyChecking and preparing site reports, designs and drawingsMaintaining quality control checksMotivating the workforce throughout the projectDay to day problem solvingUsing specialist construction management computer applicationsEnsure compliance and Health and Safety Regulations are in place and met at all timesRequirements:Trade background desirableSMSTSFirst Aid at WorkCSCS CardUK driving licenceIf you would like to discuss, please do call RGB Recruitment and ask for Nicky Harris.
