Further projects will include a mixture of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects working with a number of high-end commercial clients.
Performance ObjectivesSMSTS Card. NVQ Level 6 or aboveFirst aid qualified. Ambitious and hands-on approach to projects. Longevity within previous positions. Some experience within high-spec retail projects. Trade background is advantageous but not essential.Practical knowledge of site management procedures.Ability to communicate with department colleagues proactively.A commitment to offer customers a best value service.Good IT and communication skills.The ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure.
