Projects are typically between 250k - 2m in value and often involve changing the useage of a space whether from commecial property to apartments, or leisure/retail space or student accomodation.Site Manager - The Role:A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join the team working initially on a 2m refurbishment/fitout project in Warminster. The project is a commercial property being converted into a Bowling alley and leisure space. The company is acting as the main contractor. You will be responsible for leading the day to day delivery aspects of the project, overseeing program, H&S, sub-contractors, direct and indirect workforce. The role will report to a Contracts Manager.
