Role: Site ManagerContract: 6 months - freelanceLocation: North LondonRate: NegotiableS& D trade are looking for an experienced Site Manager based in North London.This project is is a new build residential upward extension on top of an existing building going up 4 floors.As a Site Manager we expect you to have good writing and planning skills and you must have a proven track record of adhering to the schedule and the timeline of the said project.We are looking for a person with a very can do attitude and you will be overseeing various trades and collaborating with contractors.
