Site Manager

A market leading�Residential contractor�is on the lookout for a skilled Site�Manager to oversee a prestigious project in Norwich. This position is ideal for someone who has come from a trade�background and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As the no.1 Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various teams to ensure the project meets deadlines without compromising safety and quality.

Experience working within the Residential sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site activities, enforcing project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.


• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their work meets required standards and stays within budget.


• Optimize productivity and efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to overcome obstacles.


• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, including the project team, clients, and senior management.


• Identify and address potential risks to project delivery, creating and applying mitigation strategies as needed.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a no.1 Site Manager, ideally within the Residential industry.


• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a talent for motivating and guiding teams.


• Proven ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
