Site ManagerWe’re currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our clients teamThe Site Manager holds primary responsibility for overseeing daily project operations, primarily focusing on remediation and groundworks. Duties encompass ensuring health and safety, productivity, quality, and commercial performance. Supported by the Project Lead and team, they manage site activities, schedules, costs, and resources. Their role involves achieving project objectives within budget and timeline, upholding stringent health and safety standards, and overseeing all site personnel, including subcontractors.Summary:- Reports to and collaborates with the Project Manager.- Manages site health and safety, supervises all works, and oversees subcontractors.- Organizes labor and materials, leads progress meetings, and assesses subcontractor work quality.- Assists the Quality Manager with QA sign-offs and addresses technical issues.- Ensures adherence to safe working practices and industry standards.- Attends daily meetings, delivers toolbox talks, and arranges inductions.- Manages productivity, schedules of works, and liaises with clients, subcontractors, and partners.- Compiles installation, repair, and maintenance programs, facilitates surveys, and manages specialist subcontractors.- Provides technical assistance and serves as site AP.Requirements:Mechanical & electrical background (M&E) SMSTS (Site Managers Safety Training Scheme) Full 3 day first aidBlack CSCS Card– Management & Professionals EUSR – Water hygieneTemporary Works Coordinator
