Site Manager

Fit Out UK, are a leading interior fit out contractor dominating the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential sectors nationwide.Expanding alongside our thriving business, we're on the hunt for an adept Site Manager specialising in commercial refurbishment and fit out projects. As the Site Mangager you'll manage subcontractors and direct labour on our fit out projects.We are intially looking for someone for 3-4 months to join us from May 2024 to work on a specific strip out, refurbishment and fit out project in the City Centre but will be ongoing works in the area longer term.Requirements:
* Proven experience managing fast paced fit out projects
* Client Facing, ability to manage expectations and drive projects
* Main contractor Office / leisure / retail fit out back ground. Gym experience would be good but not essential. .
* Experience working on short timeframe 2 - 4 months projects generally £500K - £2M
* Very good IT and communication skills. Experience in using MS project important
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS
* Ideally trade qualifiedStart date of May 2024, potentially a week before for full induction and meet the project team etc before getting into it
