Site Manager

An Industry leading, NHBC award winning house builder are looking for an experienced site manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be part of an 8 year project with over 300 units reporting into the contracts manager.
What you will be doing:
adhering to established build programs and effectively managing key priorities
Provide regular reports to contracts manager
Monitoring and controlling production costs, and authorising payments to contractors and trades as needed.
What you need to be successful:
Extensive knowledge of house building and construction (H&S, NHBC requirements, building regulations)
New build experience within private or social housing
Demonstrated leadership and assertiveness, ensuring optimal delivery to the highest quality standards on-site
