Site ManagerResponsibilities:Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis to ensure work is done safely, on time and to a high-quality standard to continue the company’s reputation that it has built over the last 20 years in the London construction market. Liaise with contractors in optimising solution. Liaise with Managers and other members of Management TeamReport back to Head Office on a daily, weekly and when necessary basisLiaise with suppliers for material deliveriesGood Construction Knowledge/backgroundRequirements: Previous experience in high end residential developments Proficient, (written and spoken) Polish and EnglishAbility to communicate with people at all levels – i.e. Clients, the Site Team and then liaise with the Management Team.Adaptable and flexible to changes in project - must be able to coordinate different trades at any one time.
