Site Manager

Are you a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with Industrial & Distribution Experience ?80% Of this work is large concrete slab & fast track structural steel. Do you have the experience of coordination , planning & execution of such projects. Contracts Managers & Project Directors keep telling us its all about sequencing and winning on site in the first 4 WEEKS. Do you agree and do you have such experience to make a stamp on Fast Track Project.Working within the management team you will work alongside 2 fellow Site Managers and Report Directly into the Project Director on site.
* Have you got the commercial acumen to spot an opportunity
* Can you drive a program
* Do you have the technical experience to manage earthworks through to cladding
* Do you proactively walk the site pushing Safety & Quality
* Have you got the man management skills to handle high stress situationsThe Director that is hiring is a refreshingly straight forward character that invests in PEOPLE.Major Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage overall site performance
* Liaising with sub-contractors
* Reporting into Project Manager with programme updates
* Health & Safety reporting
* Review building practices to ensure compliance meets forecast budgets
