Site Manager - West CornwallRGB are eagerly keen to speak with experienced Site Managers who are up for a challenge!An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established contractor for an exciting and prestigious project in West Cornwall. For this project, every corner of previous experience will be needed with challenges including logistics, waste, location and noise to name a few. As the Site Manager, you will need to have previous experience with planning and programming of complex projects including renovations on listed buildings! Responsibilities:Conduct, co-ordinate and monitor all team and sub-contractor activitiesEnsure the Health & Safety of all staff, sub-contractors, visitors publicProduce and maintain project records in line with proceduresManage client expectations and report against customer specific measuresMaximise profit and cash through effective management of change, risk and opportunity, effective procurement strategy and effective supply chain selection and managementLiaising with clients and reporting progressChecking and preparing site reports, designs and drawingsMaintaining quality control checksDay to day problem solvingUsing specialist construction management computer applicationsSkills:SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work in dateDesign & Build experienceContract knowledge & reporting (NEC, JCT etc)A proven, proactive knowledge of the management of Health & SafetyIf you would like to discuss, please do call RGB Recruitment Exeter and ask for Nicky Harris
