Your days will be spent managing resources, labour, and equipment with efficiency. You'll ensure all work is in compliance with health and safety regulations, and that a safe working environment is consistently maintained.An important part of your role will also involve fostering strong relationships with key project stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring that project objectives are met with a shared vision.Your strong leadership skills will also come into play, as you manage and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. You'll ensure the project progresses as planned, proactively addressing any issues that may arise and managing potential risks.Perks of the Role:Dynamic and engaging work environment.Competitive rate of £240-£260 per day through the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), with weekly pay.
