This contractor’s type of works includes refurbishments within Education, Healthcare and Commercial valuing circa £2m operating between Somerset and Plymouth.Responsibilities:Liaising with clients and reporting progressMeeting and managing subcontractorsMaking safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safetyChecking and preparing site reports, designs and drawingsMaintaining quality control checksMotivating the workforce throughout the projectDay to day problem solvingUsing specialist construction management computer applicationsEnsure compliance and Health and Safety Regulations are in place and met at all times Job DetailsSite Manager – ExeterAn opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and reputable regional contractor as a Site Manager on a permanent basis.
