Our goal is to be known as a straightforward, no-nonsense operation that is easy to understand, and easy to work with.Currently we have a new opportunity for a Site Manager to be based onsite at our Prestigious food industry clients facility to join our ever busy and expanding teamThe Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Musk team to deliver Utilities Maintenance Services to our client. You will be required to manage all planned and reactive works for their onsite engineering team. Ensure that H&S is not compromised and that authorisations and are in place for works carried out on the site and that all SLA’ and KPI’s are met or exceeded. Liaise daily with the internal business units and work collaboratively with all client staff and other service providers as required Key Responsibilities Daily management of all required work programmes in line with service level agreements (SLA’s) and key performance indicators (KPI’s)Be the go to contact for various stakeholders onsite whilst managing your skilled teamEnsure H&S systems are adhered to by the delivery team and that RAMS are in place and thatBuild and maintain effective and positive working relationships with the clients various business unit across the siteDrive performance improvements in customer service, operational services, and productivity through the effective management, training, and development of the Musk team onsiteReinforce ways to ensure competitive advantage through encouraging the delivery of value-added services to the clientDevelopment of staff to ensure maximum productivity and delivery of services to the client complies with SLA’s and KPI’sManagement and control of resources to deliver planned and reactive maintenance services to the clientEnsure that the Health and Safety objectives are implemented consistently throughout the business; promote a corporate approach and lead by exampleTo ensure that all agreed KPI targets are met and that sufficient resource is in place to deliver to the terms of the contractTo analyse stats regularly and forecast any areas of potentially poor performance and ensure corrective action plans are put in place and deliveredTo actively look for ways in which the service could be improved Skills and Experiences Have a proven track record in a management role working in a multi-disciplined utilities Maintenance Services industryManagement or supervision experience in client facing, fast moving manufacturing environmentsAble to identify and implement innovative and effective business improvements within the area your team delivers Specific Qualifications It’s expected that the right person will be qualified within an electrical or mechanical discipline to at least through an apprenticeship level with management training (NVQ/C&G)Industry training qualifications What We Offer A competitive salary and benefits package appropriate to this positionCareer development within a successful and growing group of business with wide geographical and industry spreadWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
