Freelance: Up to £280 per day Start date: 22nd April 24 Duration: 2 Weeks Milton KeynesWe are currently searching for a Site Manager for site cover in Milton Keynes commencing on the 22nd of April 2024. The project is an industrial warehouse which is being is being altered so the ideal candidate will have experience running a similar project as the sole Site Manager.The Role:
Ensure health and safety compliance on-site. Develop and manage project plans and schedules. Monitor and control project budgets. Maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance. Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders. Manage human and material resources efficiently. Proactively identify and address project issues. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Ensure environmental compliance throughout construction. Foster positive client relationships and provide excellent customer service.Required:
