Site Manager

Consultant - UK Construction & Civil Engineering
A established family run house builder that have earned a reputation of building quality homes throughout Scotland for decades, are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their project in East Ayrshire.
What you'll be doing:
Maintaining compliance with the company's Health and Safety protocols, NHBC guidelines, building regulations, and overall quality standards on site at all times,
Liaising with other internal departments and externals suppliers to ensure the build programme is achieved,
Ensure all breaches of health and safety are dealt with in line with the company's safety policy.
Ensure all snagging and post entry snagging is completed on time and that the customer care department are kept updated on a weekly basis.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Detached New build experience to 5* NHBC,
A trade background
A minimum of 10 years construction experience,
Stay within a 30-mile radius of the site.
