Site Manager

I’m recruiting for a Site Manager to run an existing project of traditional build units in Chichester for a high volume developer.
* Responsible for planning, organising, and delivering my section of the development, through careful management of material orders to limit waste, and appropriate allocations of trades across the plots to maximise progress.
* Driving forward on-site works to meet build programme, including careful monitoring of programmes to ensure any risks are flagged early to allow re-sequencing when needed and ensure milestones are met. Regular progress inspections and trade meetings to ensure all subcontractors are working to target dates.
With this position as a Site Manager with my client there is a potential for this to bcome temp to perm.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Site Management.
* Experience working for a Residential developer
* CSCS
* First Aid
